Registration Process

  • • Kindly fill in registration form online. Please note that for filling online registration form, one has to register using the Sign-up link on the website at https://icas2019.icar.gov.in, if not already done. Steps for Sign-Up are:
    •    --Click on Sign up button on site header.
    •    --Fill in the required information.
    •    --Enter valid email address as verification email will be sent to email address you entered.
    •    --Click on Register button.
    •    --Check the email account, you should have received an email from icas2019@icar.gov.in. Click on the verification link.
    •    --Once verified, it will take you to the Login screen.
    •       Enter Email address and Password.
    •    --Once validated, you will be logged in and start New Registration.
    •    --After sign-up, you may also Log-In using your credentials and start New Registration.
  • • The registration fee may be paid by Cash (for on-spot registration only)/ Demand Draft/ Direct Bank Transfer/ Payment Gateway (Credit Card/ Debit Card/Net Banking). Please note that payment gateway option is available only in INR and bank charges would be applicable as mentioned above.
  • • In case of Direct Bank Transfers, send filled-in registration form as a PDF file generated through ICAS VIII website along with Bank transfer details to registration.icas19@icar.gov.in with a copy to icas2019@icar.gov.in. Please mention the id number generated by the website with the filled-in registration form.
  • Demand Drafts (INR only for Indian resident delegates, payable at New Delhi) should be made payable to ICAS 2019.

  • • For remitting registration fee via Payment Gateway, visit the Online Registration Page and follow instructions.
  • Registration fee does not include Accommodation. Accommodation may be booked directly in Star Hotels / Budget Hotels by contacting the Hotels/ Campus Guest Houses/Hostels. List of Star Hotels / Budget Hotels, who have agreed for special rates for the Conference, is available on the website under the tab “Accommodation.”


Registration fee for delegates includes

  1. Access to all Sessions
  2. Conference Kit
  3. Certificate Accreditation from the Organizing Committee
  4. Conference souvenir with Abstracts published
  5. Coffee/Tea (Refreshments and snacks)/Working Lunch during all days of the Conference
  6. One Conference dinner

Registration fees of accompanying Person includes

  1. Attending ONLY the inaugural session of the conference on 18 November 2019 at National Agricultural Science Complex (NASC) and one conference dinner possibly on November 20, 2019.
  2. The accompanying person would not attend the technical sessions of the conference.

Registration Changes or Cancellations

  • • Name changes and substitutions are permitted up to October 31, 2019.
  • Cancellations received till August 31, 2019 - full refund.
  • Cancellations received between September 1 to September 30, 2019 - 50% will be refunded.
  • After October 1, 2019 –no refund will be made
  • • All cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing.
  • • All attempts will be made to process refunds within 30 days of cancellation.

Terms and Conditions

  • • As seats are limited, confirmation of delegates will be on a first come first serve basis only.
  • • The Conference Program is subject to alterations at the discretion of the organizers.
  • • Please note that no credit facility would be extended under any circumstances and no refund/adjustment for "no show" or "Absence" of a delegate would be accommodated.
  • • Kindly note that "Delegate Confirmation Letter" will be issued only after receipt and realization of appropriate fees including applicable taxes along with the relevant details on the registration form.
  • • Delegate Badges issued are "non-transferable". The organizers reserve the right to disallow a confirmed delegate from transferring his / her badge to any other Person.
  • • Appropriate security arrangements will be made at the venue. However, delegates are responsible for their belongings at the venue and the organizers shall not be held responsible for any stolen or missing items belonging to delegates, speakers or attendees due to any reason whatsoever.
  • • Delegates are requested to display the badges at all times.
  • • Proper care must be taken by each delegate to ensure against loss/misplacement of badges and kits as no duplicate or replacement will be issued.
  • • The organizers are not responsible for any loss/damage to any belongings of the participants during the event days.


  • The on-spot registration is scheduled to be open on all days from 9:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. during the conference.
